Terms for recipe imports

These terms describe the Receptly ChatGPT recipe-import service provided by Christoffer Nihlen. Contact receptlyapp@outlook.com for help.

The service

The integration prepares complete recipes supplied in the conversation as readable, copyable cards and import links. It does not access an existing private recipe collection. A recipe is saved to the mobile app only when you confirm the import there. The mobile app’s existing import limits apply. There is no checkout or subscription upgrade within this ChatGPT integration.

Your content

Only supply recipes and images you are entitled to use. You keep your rights in your content and allow Receptly and its infrastructure providers to process it only as needed to deliver the requested card, transfer, and service protection. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, attempt to access private systems, or overwhelm the service.

Images and availability

Image transfer is optional and requires a real supported image file. Temporary image links expire after 24 hours without automatic renewal. Prepare the transfer again if you need it after expiry. Receptly does not control the availability of ChatGPT’s image generation, file handoff, or Apple’s installation services. If an image cannot be transferred, the recipe can still be used without it.

Review before cooking

The card preserves the recipe supplied to it; it does not verify recipe accuracy. Check ingredients, quantities, allergies, and cooking instructions before use. A generated illustration may not show the exact finished dish.

Privacy and the mobile app

See the integration privacy notice for data handling and link sharing. The separately installed mobile app remains subject to its own terms, including Apple’s standard app licence. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
